Dark Side of Oz

I'm sure everyone's heard about how Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon can be synchronized with The Wizard of Oz movie. But, most have never actually tried it out. I know I haven't.

Now's your chance to see what the fuss is all about.

Dark Side of the Rainbow.

I haven't watched the whole thing, but I did skip around a bit. Some parts seem to really work well. It was harder to see the fit in other parts.

I used to play Asia's self-titled LP and turn the sound off to Ducktales. That worked out pretty well, but even better was Led Zeppelin IV and Talespin. I'm talking random episodes, and random parts of the music. At certain times words would even match up to actions or people on the other screen.

The mind does a great job of matching stuff like that up.

That being said, I have no idea if Pink Floyd really tried to match their recording up to the movie. I'd guess no, though.
