What Am I?

Today during lunch, my co-workers and I were talking about random foods, and then someone mentioned a very common food, yet I had no idea what it looked like at certain stages of its existence. So, I thought it would be entertaining to play the What Am I? game. I'm going to put up 4 pictures (only 2 are foods), and your job is to tell me what they are. None of these are easy... hell, some may be damn near impossible to get right if you've never heard of it. Enjoy.
